By accessing our website, booking a tour, or participating in any of our mountain hiking activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and participants of our guided mountain hiking tours.

UrbanManageCore provides professional guided mountain hiking tours led by experienced and certified guides. Our services include:

• Guided hiking expeditions in various mountain terrains
• Professional route planning and safety management
• Equipment recommendations and safety briefings
• Group and individual tour options
• Educational experiences about mountain environments

All tours are subject to weather conditions, safety assessments, and guide discretion.

3.1 Reservation Process

Bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and written confirmation from UrbanManageCore.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary depending on the tour type. Generally, a deposit of 30-50% is required at booking, with the balance due no later than 14 days before the tour date. Full payment details will be provided upon booking.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. Prices include guide services and specified equipment unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Cancellation by Client

• More than 30 days before tour: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before tour: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by UrbanManageCore

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

All participants must:

• Be in adequate physical condition for the selected tour difficulty level
• Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect participation
• Follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the guide
• Bring appropriate clothing, footwear, and personal equipment as specified
• Behave responsibly and respect other participants, guides, and the natural environment
• Be at least 16 years old, or accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 18

6.1 Assumption of Risk

Mountain hiking involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, difficult terrain, wildlife encounters, and physical exertion. Participants acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for their participation.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

UrbanManageCore, its guides, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from participation in tours, except where caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. We strongly recommend participants obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

6.3 Guide Authority

Our guides have absolute authority regarding safety decisions, including route changes, tour modifications, or participant removal if necessary. Their decisions are final and made in the interest of safety.

All participants must have valid travel insurance covering:

• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• Personal accident coverage
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Personal liability

Proof of insurance may be required before tour commencement.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and route information, is the property of UrbanManageCore and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data is used solely for booking management, communication, and service improvement. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary for tour operation or as required by law.

UrbanManageCore shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
